I have adopted this Privacy Policy to explain how I collect, store, and use the information collected in connection with My iOS iMessage Sticker App. I respect the privacy of the users of their Sticker Apps (“User” or “you”) and I am committed to protecting the User’s information. You have a right to know our practices regarding the information we may collect and use when you use our sticker app.

I reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy as reasonably necessary. Your continued use of the sticker apps will signify your acceptance of the changes to this Privacy Policy.

PLEASE NOTE: IF YOU OR, AS APPLICABLE, YOUR LEGAL GUARDIAN, DISAGREE TO ANY TERM PROVIDED HEREIN, YOU MAY NOT INSTALL, ACCESS AND/OR USE THE STICKER APP AND YOU ARE REQUESTED TO PROMPTLY ERASE THEM, AND ANY PART THEREOF, FROM YOUR MOBILE DEVICE.

If you are under 13 years of age or a minor in your country of residence, please ask your legal guardian for permission to access the sticker app after your legal guardian reviews this Privacy Policy. I encourage parents and/or guardians to play an active role in their children’s online experience. This Privacy Policy is designated to provide the legal guardian of a child under the age of 13 years old, with guidance regarding our privacy policies and principles with respect to collecting, using and disclosing personal information regarding children under the age of 13 (“Child”) when using our sticker apps.

1. Personal Information

While the sticker apps are being used by our Users we do not knowingly collect Personal Information and hereby specifically prohibit any User under the age of 13 from providing me with any Personal Information.

For purposes of this Privacy Policy, “Personal Information” includes without limitation the following:

First and last name;
A home or other physical address including street name and name of a city or town;
Online contact information;
A screen or user name that functions as online contact information;
A telephone number;
A social security number;
A persistent identifier that can be used to recognize a User over time and across different websites or online services, including a cookie number, an IP address, a processor or device serial number, or a unique device identifier;
A photograph, video, or audio file, where such file contains a Child’s image or voice;
Geolocation information sufficient to identify a User’s street name and name of a city or town; or
Any information collected online from a Child (and/or the Child’s legal guardian) and combined with any item of information listed above.

I d0 not directly collect or store any Personal Information from Users of the sticker app.

2. Non-personal Data

I collect non-identifiable and anonymous information via Apple, Inc. as detailed below (“Non-personal Data”). I only receive data from Apple from users who have agreed to share their diagnostics and usage information with app developers.

With respect to such sticker apps Non-personal Data, I have no idea of the identity of the User from whom Apple collected the sticker apps Non-personal Data. Sticker apps Non-personal Data collected by Apple may include the following technical information: device type (e.g. iPhone, iPad, iPod) and country of sale (e.g. United States, United Kingdom, Germany, etc).

3 How User Information is Collected

The above-mentioned Non-personal Data are collected by Apple, Inc. and stored on Apple’s servers. I access the data via a iTunes Connect, App Analytics. For more information on Apple’s User Information collection please refer to their privacy policy at http://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/

4. Advertising

There is no advertising in the Sticker App.
